We hope you enjoy the convenience of our easy-to-use online booking system! Once you have selected your service and date for your appointment you will be asked for a booking fee to secure your appointment.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your appointment.

To secure your appointment we will ask you to please supply us with a booking fee this can be made via card or Afterpay over the phone.
Payments can be made via Cash, Eftpos or Afterpay or Payright.
Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
When booking an appointment with our clinic you are initially notified of our 48 hr cancellation policy and you are agreeing to this policy upon making your booking. It is also sent as a reminder to your email.
We also purposely send out multiple reminders the week before and week of to avoid late cancellations and no-shows as this greatly affects our team’s hours and business as a whole. We ask that you please be mindful and let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule so that we are able to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and organise our days.
For cancellations within 48 hours of treatment there is a $50 booking fee, and for all on-the-day cancellations and no-shows there is a non-negotiable $100 booking fee. This fee will be waived in cases of emergency and when a medical certificate is provided.
We understand things can come up but it is the responsibility of the client to respect our policy when cancelling their appointments within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we have had to create these boundaries and be firm and fair across the board with our cancellations policies to protect our business and our staff.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
We understand the times we are in, if you need to reschedule your appointment last minute due to covid we will be happy to reschedule your appointment to another day and your deposit will be transferred to that booking.
Vaccinations- As a business, we have to follow the legal obligations and public health directions the Government has issued. We have a health and safety responsibility to minimise the likelihood of infectious disease transmission at our clinic.
We have implemented a number of measures, including with the aim of keeping staff and visitors safe and minimising the spread of COVID-19.
Due to this mandate, we are only allowed to permit entry into the clinic for fully vaccinated clients at this stage. (unless you have a medical exemption).
We fully support inclusivity and choice, if you are unable to come into the clinic we will be able to continue to look after you remotely through Zoom consultations & we also provide postage options for all your product needs.
