BOOKING POLICY
ONLINE BOOKINGS
We hope you enjoy the convenience of our easy to use online booking system! To secure your appt we ask we you please supply us with a 50% deposit, you will need access to a PayPal Account.
Please note: We have a 24 hour cancellation notice policy. Failing to attend your appointment and/or late-notice cancellations will subtract a 50% cancellation charge.

If you would like to book an appointment by phone please call the salon on 9190 8974.

LATE ARRIVAL
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via Cash, Eftpos or Payright. Please note booking deposits are also non-refundable.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Can’t think of the perfect gift? Why not treat your special someone to a Gift Voucher!
Available for purchase and easy print online or they a can be purchased directly at the salon.
Terms & Conditions: All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed on any products and treatments available at Em’s Beauty Boutique.
