Existing clients only! Now you can re-order your favourite products easy through our order form!
So many of you needed skincare during lockdown, so we have decided to keep our ordering system going for you!
Because we are unable to sell our brands online as they need to be prescribed by a professional Skin Therapist we have designed this form for you to fill in to reorder your skin care.
If you are a NEW client please book in for a skin consultation via our website or please contact us at the clinic on (03) 8764 5485.
The Ordering Process
Once you have completed the form, we will send an invoice for payment by credit card (these can sometimes go to your junk mail). Please note: When you fill in this form your products are allocated to you. If payment isn’t made within 48 hours your invoice will be void and the products will become available for someone else. You will need to redo your order.
If you are ordering on a weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.
If you would like to pay via Afterpay we will contact you with the payment instructions. We have a 6% fee added to this payment option.
We hope you all enjoyed our home deliveries during lockdown but now that we are back working at the clinic we will be using Sendle to post your products out to you for $6. However, if you live in Rural Victorian Suburbs or Interstate we can post them for $20.50.
Sendle is really good with their delivery schedules you will get your order within 2-6 days.
Otherwise, you can select Click & Collect and we will have them ready for you at clinic reception!
