We hope you enjoy the convenience of our easy-to-use online booking system! Once you have selected your service and date for your appointment you will be asked for a ‘booking fee’ to secure your appointment. This will come off your total treatment price on the day.
You will then receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your appointment.

To secure your appointment we will ask you to please supply us with a booking fee this can be made via card or Afterpay over the phone.
All booking deposits are ‘non-refundable’. They can be transferred to a friend or family member in the instance where you cannot attend your appointment. Otherwise, your booking deposit will remain on your account to go towards your next booking.
Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time allocated for your treatment but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. This is only applied if there is a client booked in directly after you. It is a courtesy to all our clientele that all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Pre-paid packages are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The cancellation policy listed below applies to these appointments. In the event of a ‘no-show’ to your appointment on the day without prior notice of nonattendance, you will forfeit this treatment and it will be deducted from your package.
Packages are non-transferable and no refunds or change of mind is permitted.
When booking an appointment with our clinic you are initially notified of our 48 hr cancellation policy and you are agreeing to this policy upon making your booking. It is also sent as a reminder to your email.
We also purposely send out multiple reminders the week before and the week off your appointment to avoid late cancellations and no-shows as this greatly affects our team’s hours and business as a whole. We ask that you please be mindful and let us know ASAP if you need to reschedule so that we are able to offer the appointment to someone on our waitlist and organise our days.
For cancellations within 48 hours of treatment, there is a $50 booking fee for treatments under 1 hour and $100 for treatments over 1 hour.
This fee may be waived in cases of emergency and when a medical certificate is provided.
We understand things can come up but it is the responsibility of the client to respect our policy when cancelling their appointments within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we have had to create these boundaries and be firm and fair across the board with our cancellation policies to protect our business and our staff.
